Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026
These terms apply when you use Lunchly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Who can use Lunchly
You must be at least 13 years old. Use your own name — Lunchly is for planning lunch with people who know you, and pretending to be someone else is a violation of these terms.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Lunchly has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, impersonating another person, sexual content, and spam — in messages, lunch notes, meeting spots, or display names.
You can report any message by long-pressing it, report a person from the Friends list, and block anyone. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and accounts responsible for it are suspended or permanently banned — including their ability to contact anyone through Lunchly.
Your content
What you write in Lunchly stays yours. You give Lunchly permission to store it and show it to the people it's addressed to (your friends, your lunch's participants) — that's the entire use. You're responsible for what you post.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service
Lunchly is provided as-is, free of charge. We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for missed lunches. We may change or discontinue features.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Lunchly after a change means you accept the new terms.
